Things that needle felting has taught me

Fish, like chickens, are overdetermined.

Cats are underdetermined.

Sometimes you simply have to stick the legs on the lizard and see what happens.

When all else fails, turn it into a ball.

The secret to beaks is to roll and roll and roll.

Haberdashery is hard.

Head shops sell bird legs (pipe cleaners).

Spit is useful.

Symmetry is not my strong point.

Things tend to look better once they have eyes.

Legs help, too.

Some people are far, far better at this than I will ever be.
